i was so happy with my room! it was spacious and light with a decent bathroom. breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind.
also, the room keys are old-fashioned big chunky metal keys, i was surprised!

the location was really good with convenient access to local spots. i enjoyed a very quiet atmosphere, it was wonderful. breakfast offered a fabulous array of choices. accommodation felt wonderful overall.
I noticed staff friendliness could use slight improvement. One employee seemed rude.

i really liked the location near the castle it was so convenient. i also found the buffet breakfast had a great selection. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.
the room key was a big, chunky metal thing. the lack of complimentary water bottles in the room was a bummer. the bed felt a bit too firm for my liking.

The breakfast was always a beautiful start to the day. The eggs were especially lovely. i found the staff consistently friendly. the comfortable bed helped me unwind after my explorations.
the receptionist seemed a bit dismissive during check in. i was surprised by the absence of complimentary bottled water. the old style metal keys felt a little inconvenient to carry around
